REGISTRATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS: The registration of children and adolescents under the age of 18 who wish to enroll and access one of the academic programs offered by LGS must be carried out by a responsible adult, preferably a parent or guardian. Through the completion and signing of the application form, the adult guardian, as a custodian, authorizes LGS, under their responsibility, to collect, safeguard, transmit, and manage the personal information of the minor student.

ACADEMIC INFORMATION: Any academic record generated as a result of the educational activity the student engages in, using the tools designed and implemented by LGS for their academic training, constitutes part of the student’s academic record.
The publication of academic records, including status, courses, and grades, will be provided by LGS only to the student and/or their guardian (THE CONTRACT HOLDER), who can request this information via email.

LGS may issue the necessary certifications or statements required by the CONTRACT HOLDER or simply provide a summary of the information as requested.
Texts, video material, presentations, and any intellectual productions made by the student as part of their academic activities are part of the academic record and are protected by the legal requirements of the Department of Education of the State of Florida, USA. THE CONTRACT HOLDER accepts and authorizes LGS to collect, store, safeguard, transmit, and process this information.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION: We work with third parties who provide services, which may include website hosting, promotion delivery, order processing, credit card authorization, data analysis, and other administrative services. Personal information, including financial information, may be shared with these third parties to provide these services. We try to impose confidentiality obligations on such service providers. Additionally, we reserve the right to disclose personal information to third parties when we believe it is in good faith and the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect the rights, property, or safety of LGS or the public, to respond to an emergency, or as stated in this Privacy Policy.
