Students who have canceled their academic program with LATAM GLOBAL SCHOOL are entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

1. When the cancellation occurs between the first (1) and third (3) business days from the granting of the access credentials to THE PLATFORM and to which none of the qualifying activities has been graded, he/she will be the creditor of 80% of the amount paid minus the cost of the registration fee ($35 USD).

The payment of the reimbursement in favor of the CONTRACT HOLDER shall be made within 15 working days after the cancellation of the academic program.

2. If the cancellation occurs after the third (3) business day from the granting of the access credentials to THE PLATFORM, the CONTRACT HOLDER will not be entitled to the refund of any amount for reimbursement.

3. When the cancellation occurs within three (3) business days prior to the payment cut-off date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The payment of the reimbursement in favor of THE CONTRACT HOLDER shall be made within 15 business days after the cancellation of the academic program.

4. When the cancellation occurs between the first (1) and fifth (5) business day after the payment cut-off date and none of the qualifying activities have been graded, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded. The payment of the reimbursement in favor of THE CONTRACT HOLDER shall be made within 15 business days after the cancellation of the academic program.

5. When the cancellation occurs between the first (1) and fifth (5) business day after the payment cut-off date and if any of the qualifying activities have been graded, 50% of the paid amount shall be due. The payment of the reimbursement in favor of THE CONTRACT HOLDER shall be made within 15 business days after the cancellation of the academic program.

6. If the cancellation is made after the fifth (5) business day after the payment cut-off date, THE CONTRACT HOLDER shall not be entitled to the return of any amount for reimbursement.

7. If the CONTRACT HOLDER requires a refund of its last payment, he/she must be up to date with all the monthly payments.
